TERMS OF SERVICE
when sending payment to Toast Dog, you are agreeing to these terms:
• I do not care about what side of the political spectrum you are on, you as a commissioner deserve the opportunity to pay for and receive artwork.
• I will not participate in artwork themes that consist of political or religious ideologies, hate art included. I will not draw illegal substances/activities. I do not take commissions about controversial topics or events.
• I do not make any nsfw artwork.
• I will contact the commissioner after a sketch has been made, and ask for anything needing to be changed. After the final product is shown and changes are made again, a fee will be added depending on the complexity of the change.
• Flat colored backgrounds are free, complex backgrounds requiring their own line work will be charged an extra fee depending on complexity.
• Complex characters may be charged more, depending on complexity.
• Simple outfits are free! complex outfits will be charged an extra fee depending on complexity.
• Simple or “Candy” style gore is okay to ask for! I will not make explicit/detailed gore.
• I only take Venmo, Cashapp, or paypal payments.
• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. If a commission has been started and I make a decision to refuse service OR a commissioner cancels, a refund will be negotiated based on how much of the work has been completed. (basically don't be an asshole to me -Toast Dog)
• I accept reference sheet commissions. Each side is one unshaded fullbody (See commissions tab). The commissioner must be as specific as possible before I start the process. Each re-draw/design change after completion of each side is shown to the commissioner adds $20 per iteration. I do not do shaded ref sheets.
• Prices are subject to change at any time.
